• Attend weekly progress and alignment meetings;

• Contractor audits both in the field and 30 days site audit to ensure compliance;

• Bidder and kick off meeting;

• Maintain all documentation up to the legal requirements to ensure due diligence;

• Perform audits to ensure compliance;

• Verify and enforce internal policies, procedures and provincial and federal legal requirements;

• Prepare and lead weekly Health and Safety meetings;

• Educate managers and workers about their responsibility for the health and safety;

• Ensure the treatment and management of accidents, report and communicate provincial authorities (WCB);

• Incident investigations and lessons learned;

• Prepare and review different safe work method, risk analysis, emergency action plan, etc.;

• Participate in site inspections, OHS inspection;

• Conduct site orientation, safe start training and hazard management.
